The Mesquite Group is a non-profit organization committed to providing financial counseling that will help individuals to understand and better manage their personal finances. We take pride in educating our clients to a secure place of financial awareness that consist of an evaluation of spending and debt habits; and a financial map that will give you the new beginning that you deserve during and after bankruptcy.
The Mesquite Group is approved by the U.S. Trustee office in all jurisdictions except Alabama, Nevada, North Carolina and Oregon. The Mesquite Group is approved to issue certificates in compliance with the bankruptcy code, approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an agency™s service.
The inspiration for our company name came from a survivor in nature, the Mesquite \mÉ™-'skeet\ tree. This tree actually thrives in difficult climates. We believe that each person has the ability to do the same. Our counselors are familiar with difficult financial circumstances and are ready to help you.

The Mesquite Group is a non-profit, tax exempt 501(c) (3) organication. All records pertaining to our status can be accessed through the corporate office. The Mesquite Group is approved by the United States Trustees as a Credit Counseling Agency and as a Debtor's Education Provider in every federal judicial district except Alabama, Nevada, Oregon and North Carolina. We do not offer debt management plans nor are we affiliated with any bank, credit card company, or collection agency. The Mesquite Group as no financial interest in the outcome of counseling and operates solely in the best interest of its clients.
